Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received, our specialists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
